This is a valuable and much needed service. Our goal is to transport patients comfortably and safely, and to get them to their appointments on time. We are expanding throughout lower Michigan and are associated with several health care providers.

Northern Star Transportation was started in Harrison Michigan in 2008 by Ray Augenstein and his wife, Jan. They started out with 3 drivers and 1 office staff. NST now has 8
office staff and 33 drivers. We are currently serving most counties of lower Michigan.

We urgently need volunteer drivers in several Michigan counties. NST is looking for dedicated, reliable, volunteer drivers to take patients to their medical appointments.

We urgently need volunteer drivers in several Michigan counties. NST is looking for dedicated, reliable, volunteer drivers to take patients to their medical appointments.
This is a great opportunity for those who are on social security or disability, or just to make some additional income. You accept only the trips you want and drive only on the days you choose. We reimburse you .55 cents per mile, and your mileage reimbursement is nontaxable. Drivers must have a 4 door vehicle, a cell phone, email, and the ability to pass a background check and drug test.
